So much for the "War on Drugs"!
This is a war against law enforcement!
Dave T: Obozo sure does have a stop for those felony drug dealers. I wonder if he has ever known anyone who died from a drug overdose, or witnessed how illegal drugs destroy families and peoples lives. Thanks Obozo.
Exactly 3:28 - with the time these fools have to serve they have a history of offenses.
Many of these fools also guilty of possession of firearms while dealing drugs. And we want these thugs back on the street?
oh joy...
More room for Obama and the clintons for Treason.
Obama letting his peeps out.
He wants there to be more cops killing thugs when they do the same crime again.
Youthful drug abuser, now older, getting in touch with his Choom Gang roots by cutting major slack to convicted gun-totin', drug selling and drug using felons.
How special
by the time omamma gets done all prisons will be closed because of all the injustice to these poor folks
I bet there will alot more to come before he leaves.
Man things in this country cannot get much worse.
They were all registered to vote too!
The 'war on drugs' was lost a long time ago. Nixon started that crap in 1971, 45 years later what do you have to show for it? The United States would do well to look at and emulate other countries' approach to drugs.
And if you don't think the U.S. gov't, through their alphabet agencies, is and has been involved in the 'drug trade', I have a bridge to sell you.
I can tell most if not all of the commenters have not bothered to read this article or at least not all of it. Some of these inmates will be released on Dec. 01 2016. All have had their sentences reduced. Some will still remain in prison past Dec. 01 2016 to finish their now reduced sentences. The ones that used firearms generally just had their sentences reduced. ( I did not go through the entire list )
I saw people on that list that have already served 10-30 years prior to this commutation from obammy. It's not like any of them merely got a slap on their wrist and now they are being set free.
And now with these empty cells opening up, they will have room to put violent criminals in them, such as pedophiles, murderers and rapists.
