When Khizr Khan, the Muslim Gold Star father of slain U.S. Army Capt. Humayun Khan, delivered a pointed address at the Democratic National Convention largely aimed at attacking Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, the media cheered, praising this good man for coming forward to share his sad tale.
The narrative put forward by the media seemed to imply that the relatively unknown Khan reluctantly agreed to publicly share his story, if only to denounce what he viewed as the egregious policy proposed by Trump to temporarily suspend immigration from largely Muslim-populated countries suffering extreme Islamist terrorism.
But according to Breitbart, Khan may not have been an “unknown,” and his motives for speaking out may not have been as pure as the media have seemingly implied.

and now the Rest of the story...
The entire thing would have been a non-issue, or at least relegated to the back pages, if only a certain someone had managed to stop with "I'm sorry for your loss. As President I'll do my best to make sure your son's loss and the loss of XXXX members of our armed forces was not in vain." or anything besides what he said.
Really tired of hearing people like 1218 wave this off like it doesn't mean anything. Of course, it means something. The fact is, the guy is a con. While his son lived and died honorably, he exploits his son's memory. He should be ashamed of his senseless pimping of a corrupt criminal!
What will Wikileaks release? If the next "trial balloon" does not stir up the people or media in the manor they project than they could simply wait until Clinton becomes President. The nation behind the hack could blackmail her with the damaging e-mails they may have in their possession. Seems plausible to me...especially if Russia or some other hostel nation is behind it.
He is a con and started this mess. Once you through your hat in the ring you deal with the consequences. He went after Trump like a good lemming. Now deal with the truth about your life. His son was a hero - agreed. What about all the people killed in Florida night club due to radical immigrant? Shut it Kahn, the media and lets move on!
