It seems after the local media stirred up such a big deal on the tee shirts, (perhaps taken from the White Marlin Matters tee shirts) has stirred the pot.
We have been informed the word is now spreading like a wild fire in Ocean City and some businesses are considering closing their doors and employees are already leaving work as they do not want to be in the middle of what might become of this protest.

Honestly, if the T-shirts were just about marlin conservation, why tie the slogan to BLM at all? If nothing else, why not use "white marlin lives matter"?. The play on words was intentional with the aim of capitalizing on extended market outside of fishing community who would buy the shirts specifically for the play on words (just like many OC businesses have done for decades). This time it was done in poor taste and brought out the worst in people. Judging from the comments on this thread, there's one side inciting violence and it's not BLM or black people. We are all responsible for setting a better example of the culture we want to see our children witness and bring into the next generation. Be better people.

You haven't taken voice stress test, 500 question psychological, examined by a doctor or interrogated by a psychiatrist. So you can't come to educated conclusion of what the process is, you can't...
