Today is day 13.
I'd love for them to explain why it is acceptable to abandon cars on eastbound Rt. 50 for DAYS. In my opinion, they are a hazard and can cause a serious accident if someone were to veer out of their lane.
There is a car on the eastbound side of Rt. 50 between Pittsville and Willards - one of which has been there for 13 days now. I KNOW the MSP has driven by them yet there's no orange tow tag. Heck, there isn't even a license plate on the vehicle. Has anyone ever stopped to check the vehicle out? Make sure it's not stolen? Make sure everything is okay?
It's ridiculous that officers would drive by dozens of times per day to issue speeding tickets, yet wouldn't take the appropriate actions to remove these vehicles from a major highway.

The MSP are not investigating these vehicles without Lic. plates , they wouldn't know who they belong too without registration. Also they have better things to do than this. If it bothers you then do the honor of finding the owner. The police are here to serve and protect. Call the BLM , they may help you.
1 800 BLM they will listen and comfort you.
Actually if you run the V.I.N number it will come back to a registered owner, regardless if there is a tag on the vehicle or not.
Have it towed and sell in annual auction sale if no one claims it.
MSP doesn't generate revenue unless writing tickets. No time for abandoned cars.
But it could be a car that was used in the commission of a crime and that's why it was left there. It could have some important evidence if they would look it over.
Actually, if a car veers off the road and hits an unoccupied parked vehicle its the moving vehicles fault. Another moot point.
I reported an abandoned car to the Police and discovered that THEY put it there with Surveillance equipment in it. You may see them at all schools where "fixed" cameras are not installed.
I just thank God that here on the shore this is one of the "problems" we have, like an abandoned vehicle that hasn't been towed. Thank God we don't live in Chicago or Baltimore or any major city where you have to worry about drive by shootings or home invasions every day. I guess it's all how you look at things. I know I know, someone is going to put me in my place and tell me "Salisbury is getting there!" Lol just saying im happy to be a resident of the eastern shore.
Shut down ALL trooper speed enforcement EXCEPT cameras. There is no need for these cowboys to driving between Vienna and Salisbury at 80-90 MPH. Further, speed cameras don't call in sick.
6:49, yes we are fortunate, so was that your point? How lucky we are? And because we are lucky we should not point out problems and try and get them resolved? Maybe that is why we are so lucky. Because we care and point out issues that need to be resolved.

You call that a problem? You think a cop hasn't seen in on their patrol? Busybodies are the problem.

I bet you have a fit and can't sleep when your neighbor's grass gets an inch too tall.
