JUST IN: Va. Supreme Court: McAuliffe’s voting rights restoration is unconstitutional
RICHMOND, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Supreme Court has ruled that Governor Terry McAuliffe’s executive order to restore voting rights to felons is unconstitutional.
In April, McAuliffe issued an executive order restoring voting rights to more than 200,000 felons.
The Virginia Supreme Court found the governor violated precedence by issuing the sweeping order and not restoring felon’s rights in a case by case basis.
The court also ruled to take away voting rights of those felons who have had it restored, which will affects thousands of people across the Commonwealth.

Since when do Demorats ever obey the constitution. Remember the constitution was written by us, that agreed to be governed with restrictions on what government was allowed to do.
Trying to get all of them to vote for Hillary by restoring their voting rights. He's nothing but scum, just like Hillary.
