So was the guy even in the vehicle when contact was made with the police? If not how could he be in possession of it and not in the vehicle? I could see if he was in the vehicle then it would violate Maryland's stupid gun law.
Reciprocity for all 50 states (57 according to our current POTUS) should be enacted right away but since that is a pipe dream I will have to keep my mouth shut.
Carrying a gun comes with great responsiblity. Road rage, following cars and bringing your gun out of state is just stupid.

Unfortunately, Gov. Hogan hasn't done squat for Maryland gun owners, he's just a RINO like the rest of them.
