WINCHESTER, Indiana — Ramon Angulo Marin told police he was “mad” when his car, traveling at high speed while in reverse, struck three Union City men, killing one.
Marin, 36, also of Union City, remained in the Randolph County jail under a $30,000 cash bond on Tuesday, preliminarily charged with voluntary manslaughter, reckless homicide and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
Authorities said Marin fled the scene late Friday after his car struck Jose Amelio Aguilar, Juan Aguilar and Neptali Vasquez in the 400 block of West Hickory Street.
Jose Aguilar, 33, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two men, both in their 20s, were seriously injured, and apparently remain hospitalized in Dayton, Ohio.
Marin was arrested that night at his North Union Street home, where police said they also found his car, which had sustained “heavy rear-end damage.” Blood was also found on the vehicle.

I was dragged for 3 blocks and run over by a guy running out on his check in OC. He got 8 days in jail that he served on the weekends.
Beer stocks are way up since we tossed the immigration laws in the toilet.
Mr. Mad needs to die in prison, or sooner.
