The decision to no bill Eric Casebolt ends the investigation into his handling of the pool party melee.
Casebolt (who’s white) was widely criticized for his treatment of the young, black teenager.
But the grand jury determined there wasn’t enough evidence to bring criminal charges against Casebolt.

Great news again today! God is Good and He won't let evil prevail. We've had so much good news this week. It's uplifting.
So you're saying that if they had enough evidence to convict him of a crime and found him guilty, that would have NOT been good news?
I didn't see where he did anything criminal. Just shows that he isn't so good at being a cop. No jail time needed but he definetly needed to be off the police force. Same goes for alot of these guys out here who want to play tough but are really walking around scared. Shows every time when they overact to a situation.
This guy used extreme force on a child! Even some of our local Leo's said he went to far! Sickening! He may not been found liable criminally but I guarantee you he will face a successful law suit!
