Court orders school board to let Gloucester transgender student use boys’ restroom

GLOUCESTER COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — A federal district court in Virginia ordered the Gloucester County School Board to allow Gavin Grimm to use the same restrooms as other boys at his school Thursday.

Grimm was born female but identifies as a male. He wants to use the boys’ restroom, but the school system had barred him from doing so.

The American Civil Liberties Union and the ACLU of Virginia filed a lawsuit on behalf of Grimm, arguing that the school board’s policy violates the Constitution and Title IX, which prohibits sex discrimination by school.

"as other boys" ? Really? Other? Let me guess, a tranny wrote this?
The narrative implies she is equal to or the same as other boys. WRONG.
Kid needs help, not encouragement!

You can't charge anyone with sexual discrimination when you destroy the very definition of sex!

Sounds like Mommy has issues!

Back in the day we would have convinced her to stay in her own rest room. Somehow, some way, we always found a way. A lot of dented lockers in the hall.

I suspect soon she will discover she really is a girl, the hard way.
