As much as I agree with that, if you've already drawn on me, me reaching for mine is merely giving you a reason to pull your trigger. I think I'd just put my hands up at that point.

Quit being so dumb... If someone already had their gun pointed at you, the likely hood of you being able to pull yours form the holster and fire even 1 round is almost out of the questions... I am not saying it is impossible, just unlikely...
