Canterbury Bells Garden Pro Flowers Sucks

On Mothers Day we ordered flowers through Canterbury Bells Garden Pro Flowers, a business that sells through Amazon.

Talk about a huge disappointment. What was delivered was nothing compared to what they advertise.

To make the experience even worse, when we called to complain the company said, you ordered that through Amazon so you'll have to call them for a refund, so we did. Amazon then said, you have to call the company you ordered them from.

Clearly that was the first and now the very last time we'll go that route. The cost of this arrangement, $54.98.

Cantuberry Bells Garden Pro Flowers, YOU'VE BEEN BLOGGED.

Myself and another co-worker had received flowers as well for mothers day from proflowers. They were a wreck. Mine had holes in the flowers and the leaves, large bite chunks like a rabbit had a feast, broken stems, discolored, and nowhere near the 100 blooms like they had said. Co-workers was almost as bad. We both did contact proflowers and were given the option to receive the same set of flowers or a different set but of an equal or lesser value. One of use chose different as in a desk plant and the same set. This is all decent except Mothers day was the 8th and we will not be getting our replacements until the 26th.....

I always try to order from a local florist in the town where the person lives. Google search florists and look for yelp reviews or reviews on bridal websites.

Caveat emptor.

Usually a local florist fulfills these orders for any of the online stores.

I learned when my mother in law died. The funeral and burial were in PA so we made all the arrangements w/the funeral home on the telephone. I looked online and found a casket spray and 2 arrangements to put on either side of the casket. I mentioned to the funeral home that I saw some arrangement online that I liked and was going to order. She said no no no call such and such a place directly because it's them that does the flowers anyway. They had a package for $500.00 for the trio and if I had ordered online they were priced individually so much higher that I would have paid almost $300.00 more.

1:28 PM - I totally agree. We recently did for the funeral of an out-of-state friend, a funeral we couldn't attend. We talked with the actual florist after seeing some of her work on her website. In the end, we sent her $100 and told her to do what she felt was appropriate. The arrangement was the very nicest of all of the dozens of others and friends and family asked where we had gotten it.

I received flowers from 800 flowers and they may have been nice once upon a time but the delivery driver left the box out in the sun when he could have placed it in the shade in the back. The flowers were pitiful by the time I found them. Local florists will call to see if you are home. ALWAYS shop locally when you can.

Awwww. Poor Mom. I bet she was still smiling. But come on Canterbury Bells... I bet your name was no where on this arrangement but the receipt.

I got Incredible Edibles that were AWFUL! . The strawberries were rotten, dipped in chocolate, All the melon was unripe & tasteless. Grapes were good, but not many of them. Pineapple was ok, but the straw center was not cut out.
I wouldn't give this to an enemy.
