11:24 you are a liar, probably no one wants to work for an unlivable minimum wage part time no benefits job and that is probably all you are offering.
The report is total BS
over 1/2 the homes for sale are either foreclosures or short sales.
And there are 100+ or more that are not even on the market yet.
Ya'll got blinders on and if it is not happening to you consider your self lucky.
There is no such thing as a job market here. There is no such thing as a livable wage here. There is no such thing as a job with benefits here.
The bury is so behind the times with their antiquated thinking that it is now catching up to you.
