KFC is making some major changes after losing customers' trust.
With a new "Re-Colonelization" program, employees are being retrained on how to correctly prepare KFC chicken.
"Customers were saying, 'Your food doesn't taste the same,'" Jason Marker, KFC's US president, said on Monday in a press event. "We're not making the food the same way the Colonel had, and we're not making food in what he described as 'the hard way.' Today marks the end of that."

The last KFC I got was in Pennsylvania when traveling. The chicken was dripping fat. The dog liked it a lot.

Way back in the 60's when I worked at KFC, we never ever cooked wings, that stuff was catfood! Now they call that crap "White Meat", really?
You might just as well open up some 9 lives and heat it up, wings are not human food!
Someone started this to get some extra money out of dead chickens, next they will market tails or feet as food, just put sauces on it.
Hey, chicken feet sell for $1.99/lb at Food Lion. And ask any local poultry farmer what is the most valuable part of the chicken...the feet! Most are sold to China to be french fried and they are a real delicacy there. I know Mountaire gets 5 cents apiece for the feet they ship to China.
Chicken wings are garbage, when I was a kid mom cut them off and froze them to make soup later. Now this stuff is fed to drunks as a snack!
Ever since KFC was taken over by YUM foods the quality has suffered. So has Taco Bell and Long john silvers.
KFC chicken is the size of buffalo wings.
I miss the chicken flavored gravy, what they have now is brown Beef gravy.
Beef, really, at a chicken place, real brainiac thought that one up!
The one good thing this franchise does though, free small drinks with meal deal for AARP card holders.
