I think it is safe to say that killing is inherent throughout all of humanity, and isn't confined to just one specific race.
Not to play devil's advocate, it was just very shallow to say that it's only blacks running around killing people. You obviously haven't lived in a trailer park in northeast Tennessee. Bleh.
