Now if the courts will just dole out a strong punishment, we might begin to lessen the Heroin problem!
Yeah the court should punish them so bad they will cease to be addicted. Then maybe they can go become stock brokers, or doctors or something productive!
They look like users that might sell some of what they get to support their habit. If they were dealers, the press release would list money, quantity of drugs, guns, scales and packaging materials.
If you look these individuals up in the Maryland Judicial Case search, you would see
how long this has been going on. Anthony Johnson has been stopped 3 times since 12/17/2015. Constantly driving on a revoked license and drug possession. what happened? nothing! We need to increase our penalty for not following the law.
No wonder the people of 1426 put their house up for sale today. I guess even upper middle class neighborhoods aren't safe.
Hmm I wonder where the homeowner Charles Michaelangelo was/is?
According to SDAT he lives there.

Your point is?? The house was a nuisance house used for multiple people shooting heroin in a residential neighborhood. It has now been dealt with. Mission accomplished. Nobody ever said they were large quantity dealers.
Nosy bunch of people.
Actually they are a nuisance because of fights, loud parties. If you don't know you shouldn't speculate or comment!
