Business is booming in Berlin, as is evidenced by an unusually large number of developments currently coming together, including several new shops, restaurants, apartment complexes and other expansions, both downtown and on the outskirts of town.

Patrick Vorsteg, who purchased that property, said he plans to develop it into a building similar to other brick storefronts on Main Street in the downtown area.

I hope they don't turn berlin/oc into another salisbury.
In 10-15 years, America's Coolest Town will be destroyed by people trying to cash in on it. Just like Virginia Beach was.
I hope the "Art Studio's and apartments" do not end up like the project in Salisbury.
