The general public may park in the municipal parking garage on Circle Ave. until 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 19th. Lot 1 and Lot 11 permit holders may also park in the municipal parking garage on Circle Ave. until 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, if not previously reassigned to another location by the Parking Authority. Vehicles remaining in the parking garage after 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday will be subject to the posted hourly garage rates from 8:00 a.m. onward. Permit holders are asked to present their parking permit at time of exit.
Lot 1 is bordered by S. Division St. to the East, Circle Ave. to the South, W. Market St. to the West, and Camden St. to the North.
Lot 11 is located between Circle Ave. and W. Market St.

They need to survey for the section 8 housing project there. I m not kidding.
Well considering your site is the only place I have read this, I can see an added expense to the people that get towed without knowing they were not suppose to park there. Is the city going to advertise this?
this will allow gillis gilkerson the time needed to count their hundred dollar bills that the citizens of Salisbury have donated to them. it is a long process
Just park down by market street during lunch time, mayor won't let them ticket. FREE parking.
I get city press releases, via Mr. Demone, and got it today around 2 pm.
I must ask, Mayor Day, if the coordination between our city, our contractors, and decemination to us citizens might be better organized.
While not affected, longer lead time is in order.
