State Police Investigating Bomb Threats - Tuesday January 12, 2016.

Delaware-The Delaware State Police are currently investigating bomb threats at two schools in Sussex County.

At this time, the following schools have been evacuated and there are state and local police K9s responding.

• Millsboro Middle School, 302 East State Street, Millsboro, DE
• Beacon Middle School, 19483 John J. Williams Highway, Lewes, DE

The incidents occurred around 9:30 a.m. this morning, Tuesday January 12, 2016 and are in the early stages. A more complete release will be forwarded when the investigation is complete.

Investigations are also being conducted by Dover Police Department, Greenwood Police Department, and Milford Police Department for similar incidents that occurred at schools within their jurisdictions
