Just take a look at survival in the animal kingdom. If a animal with any reason they can't keep up with the herd it succumbs to be killed by a predator.
10:06 - as cruel as it sounds, keeping kids like that is a significant drain on society as a whole!
Nature does it that way - survivalist societies did it that way.
Now, if we stop sending money to countries that chant "Death...", that money could be spent on accommodations...we are NOT a survivalist society.
