"Crime is out of control in Baltimore City," Hogan said during a radio interview. "I've expressed my concern that we have a lot of people out there, expressing their concern, their frustration over the tragic death of Freddie Gray. But where is the uproar from the community? Where are the people protesting the 330 people murdered?"
Through Tuesday morning, Baltimore police reported 327 homicides in 2015.
Hogan's comments on WBAL's C4 show came at the same time a Baltimore jury was in deliberations for for the first of six police officers charged in Gray's death. Gray's spine was partially severed during a ride in police van in April. His death touched off more than a week of protests and a day of rioting.

It may be time to address the Omalley gun grab governor! Or let the place continue to crumble. While I would love my guns back Baltimore has needed some ethnic cleansing for awhile and this may be just what it needed.
Governor Hogan is absolutely correct but I would like to amend it to the truly innocent victims like the children who were murdered because the fact is most of those who were murdered are worthless individuals. Society is better off that they are 6ft under. They served no useful purpose on earth. They were no better than the terrorists who killed 14 in CA. They were thug criminals who went around terrorizing neighborhoods by selling drugs and committing other crimes. Terrorists was all they were and a dead terrorist is always a great thing.
Open carry would fix the problem over night if we are serious about the issue. We can continue to waste money on the drug problem or let people carry and that will fix it self.

Then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! Enact reasonable conceal carry laws so that law abiding citizens have the ability (they already habe the right) to protect themselves and their family.
I remember early on in the reporting of Freddie Gray that he himself was banging his head both prior to and in the police van, why is it that the fool couldn't have broken his own neck, trying to draw attention to himself, if he had taken the arrest like a man, and gone to court like real citizens do, he wouldn't be dead. If a white person had done the same thing, behaved the same, and died no one would have cared, it would not have ever been covered by the news, papers and all the media. All I'm saying is Baltimore is like Hogan is saying totally out of control, the crime and criminals can't be controlled, it is too late, next riot let it burn.
6:51 It's not that white people wouldn't care but it's they as a whole still have morals about them. Blacks don't. They have lost their way. Whites are more honest and law biding and see a thug whether white or black for what they are. And they call it for what it is. They have morals. This is why the black race is in a shambles and why their youth are killing each other in record numbers. Their "leaders" both political and religious are overwhelmingly fakes and liars. They have lost their way. There are very few real Christians left in the race. Most are fakes. You can't take up for a thug like Gray and think for one second that you are a Christian. Their hearts are ugly and dirty.
