Baltimore City leaders get pay raise

BALTIMORE —Baltimore City leaders are getting a pay raise.

The Board of Estimates on Wednesday approved pay increases for the mayor, the City Council president, the comptroller and other high-ranking positions.

In 2007, the board voted that if certain city employee groups received a raise, that elected officials are entitled to a 2.5 percent raise.

That's all part of the 8 million dollar settlement. They are brothers from another mother.

Let's see, riots, looting, arson, those are the accomplishments of the city. The leadership of Baltimore has never had control of the city, the city is the worst run city in the Country. Taking pay raises shows the corruptness and how out of touch the leadership has become.

CS - common Sense - tells me that when Federal workers and Politians get a pay raise, SSI - Social Security Insurance participants should receive a raise. I am not including Supplemental Security Income that is paid through SSI for the lazy manipulators. This is the same logic used in Baltimore pay raises.
