Here's the deal. Wayne Knapp has been serving on the Pittsville Town Council for about three years now. He claims, (obviously) he is a resident of Pittsville. Wayne has been seen recently at Delmar Council Meetings asking people to vote for him for the Delmar Council.

Now, one way or the other he has not been forthcoming with the truth. One person told me he said if he got the seat in Delmar he would just resign from Pittsville.
I will say that in all of my research on this matter I could not find anything showing his residence being in Delmar, Maryland. However, right now he is set up to serve both in Delmar and Pittsville, once sworn in, should he be sworn in.

He cannot be sworn in as Delmar Commissioner unless he is an eligible voter so in my opinion he is not.set up to be sworn in, as a Delmar Commissioner.
His name was not on the ballot as a candidate in Delmar. Since I have not seen him at Delmar meetings, or he never asked me to vote for him or I never heard him say he would resign from Pittsville if he won Delmar I have no proof he he lied.
He HAS been seen at Delmar Council Meetings and was asking people to VOTE for him.
I thought you had to live in Delmar for two years before you could qualify. If he's eligible, that means he's been lying to Pittsville for two years!

If you read this morning's Daily Times cover story (http://www.delmarvanow.com/story/news/local/maryland/2015/11/06/delmar-maryland-election/75288238/), you are aware that our Delmar municipal election is next Tuesday, November 17th, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, at Town Hall. There are three seats up for election: Mayor and two Commissioners. Mayor Karen Wells and I are running unopposed, but the seat that was vacated by Stephanie Ring in August is open for a write-in candidate.
About a month ago, I made a plea to Wood Creek residents to let me know if anyone is interested in seeking the seat as a write-in candidate, and Wayne Knapp, who lives on Wedge Way, stepped forward.
Wayne is very qualified for the seat, having served as a Commissioner in Pittsville for six years and served as a Delmar volunteer fireman for just over a year. I have met with Wayne, and have found him very committed to public service and feel he would be an excellent addition to Delmar's municipal leadership team.
Because it would be preferable to keep a Wood Creek resident in the vacant seat, I urge you to VOTE* next Tuesday, and write-in Wayne Knapp for the empty Commissioner position. Thank you in advance for your action on this important request!
*If you are not registered to vote in Delmar, you may do so at Town Hall, BEFORE 4:30 pm this Thursday, November 12th!!!

Seems I wasted two votes. I don't want these idiots on the Delmar Commission even if they do live in Wood Creek.

I bet they keep Denver Moore as President and keep paying his health insurance. When will the town ever get the money back from his daughter. again I don't know how he and the other people that sign checks could sign checks without knowing what they are signing for. this makes them as guilty as the daughter. I guess this is why our ditches have not been mowed as the money for that is gone.

That picture of him is him standing in the Pittsville Firehouse where he got kicked out. He was also a paid fireman in Salisbury and he screwed that up and got fired from there for some serious wrong doings. This guy is a total screw up. After he got fired he started a subshop by Going Nuts Cafe and screwed it up and lost it to bankruptcy.
This guy is nothing but a screw up. Are you sure this is who you want representing you?
He also worked for Princess Anne Fire Department until they screwed that up.
