BALTIMORE (AP) — Maryland is launching a campaign to help prevent child identity theft.
Attorney General Brian Frosh will join Maryland hospital representatives on Tuesday to make the announcement in Baltimore.
They will be joined by the state chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and state Del. Craig Zucker.

It seems to me that most times that a minor has their identity stolen it is by their own loser parents. I have seen many deadbeats use their kids credit once they have ruined their own. Also dealt with a girl whos older sister stole her identity and rented apartments all over Salisbury, never paid rent and got evicted.
Do you think that Salisbury PD investigated, no way. She had to prove it wasn't her, which is basically impossible.
