Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson is now just one point behind front-runner Donald Trump in a new Fox News poll released Tuesday — and he could beat Democrat Hillary Clinton with at least 50 percent of the vote.
Carson, the retired pediatric neurosurgeon who has consistently placed behind Trump in recent surveys, finished the Fox poll of 1,004 voters at 23 percent. Trump remained in the lead, at 24 percent.
Support for Carson has nearly doubled over the past two months, as "he is seen by voters as being more ethical than others," Fox reports.
In a hypothetical match-up with Clinton, Carson would beat the Democratic former first lady by 50-39 percent.

No way the American people are that stupid to make back to back mistakes. Unless it's the Republican partys turn to screw Americans for 4 yrs minimum.
So, are you implying Hillary is the answer? Obama in a pants suit...

Ben Carson may be rising in the polls but the retired neurosurgeon is taking a breather from campaign life in order to promote his book
Yeah, sure he is serious about being President. All about making some money.
Ben is just another token black guy that will not go the distance. He is better suited to be someone's VP.
Trump / Carson ticket ...
If Trump was smart he would pick Rubio for VP.
I don't believe this at all.
It would be a change to have an intelligent Black man as President.
"..Ben is just another token black guy.."
You're just another idiot.
