Incident: Assault

Date of Incident: 1 September 2015

Location: 7000 block of Gumboro Road, Pittsville, MD

Suspect: Kellie Loretta Moore, 24, Pittsville, MD
                               
Narrative: On 1 September 2015 a deputy arrested Kellie Moore following a complaint that she assaulted another subject during an altercation in the parking lot of an apartment building in Pittsville. According to the victim, Moore’s assault inflicted both contusions and abrasions.

Upon arrest the deputy transported Moore to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Moore in the Detention Center in lieu of $20,000.00 bond.

Charges: Assault 2nd Degree

Incident: WCSO Arrests

Date of Incident: 2 Sep 2015

1.     On 2 September 2015 a deputy arrested Clarissa Curtis, 43 of Salisbury, MD on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Curtis failed to appear for a theft case. Curtis was detained without bond.

2.     On 2 September 2015 a deputy arrested Jerold Dubois Brown, 43 of Cambridge, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Brown violated the terms of his pre-trial release in a CDS Possession case. Brown was detained without bond.

3.     On 2 September 2015 a deputy arrested Tanner K. Niblett, 22 of Millsboro, DE, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Niblett violated the terms of his probation in a Forgery and Theft case. Niblett was detained on a bond of $50,000.00.

Incident: WCSO Arrests

Date of Incident: 3 Sep 2015

1.     On 3 September 2015 a deputy arrested Marvelous Israel Terrell, 27 of Princess Anne, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant.The warrant was issued after Terrell failed to appear for a Malicious Destruction of Property Case and Disorderly Conduct case. Terrell was detained on a bond of $10,000.00.

2.     On 3 September 2015 a deputy arrested Dorian Tyrell Nichols, 26 of Salisbury, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Nichols violated the terms of his probation in a theft case. Nichols was detained on a bond of $20,000.00.

3.     On 3 September 2015 a deputy arrested Dashawn Raemal Rivers, 21 of Fruitland, MD, on two District Court Bench Warrants.  Both were issued after Rivers violated the terms of his probation in Theft case and a separate Malicious Destruction of Property case. Rivers was detained on a bond of $20,000.00.

4.     On 3 September 2015 a deputy arrested Herbert Gordon Wolcott, 45 of Mardela Springs, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Wolcott violated the terms of his probation in an Assault 2nd degree and Dangerous Weapon case.  Wolcott was detained on a bond of $10,000.00.

Incident: Theft of Motor Vehicle

Date of Incident: 3 September 2015

Location: 8000 block of Mar-Lynn Drive, Delmar, MD

Suspect: Amy Ann Caulder, 37, Delmar, MD
                              
Narrative: On 3 September 2015 a deputy arrested Amy Caulder in connection with the theft of a Ford Pick-Up truck from Delaware. During the investigation, the deputy met with Caulder who admitted to having the vehicle and stated that she was making arrangements to return it to its rightful owner.

The deputy placed Caulder under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Caulder in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.

Incident: WCSO Arrests

Date of Incident: 4 Sep 2015

1.     On 4 September 2015 a deputy arrested Deonte Logan Jones, 23 of Delmar, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Jones failed to appear for a Trespass case. Jones was detained on a bond of $5,000.00.

2.     On 4 September 2015 a deputy arrested Deanna Jean Outten, 44 of Delmar, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Outten violated the terms of her probation in a DUI case. Outten was detained without bond.

Incident: Assault

Date of Incident: 4 September 2015

Location: 6000 block of Steve Street, Parsonsburg, MD

Suspect: Bridgette Nancy Gregory, 19,Salisbury, MD
                               
Narrative: On 4 September 2015 a deputy arrested Bridgette Gregory following an allegation of assault made during a domestic altercation.

The deputy transported Gregory to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Gregory in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.

Incident: Assault / Dangerous Weapon

Date of Incident: 4 September 2015

Location: 400 block of Pacific Avenue, Salisbury, MD

Suspect: Malayna Carmen Diaz, 37,Salisbury, MD                
                               
Narrative: On 4 September 2015 a deputy arrested Malayna Carmen Diaz, 37 of Salisbury, after it was alleged she became embroiled in a domestic altercation with a male subject during which she stabbed him in the arm with a pair of scissors.

The deputy placed Diaz under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner.Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Diaz in the Detention Center in lieu of $20,000.00 bond.

Charges: Assault 2nd Degree and Dangerous Weapon

Incident: Burglary

Date of Incident: 4 September 2015

Location: 1900 block of Pine Way, Salisbury, MD

Suspect: Ronald James Lovett, 22, Salisbury, MD                  
                               
Narrative: On 4 September 2015 a deputy arrested Ronald James Lovett following an allegation he forced entry into a storage shed in the 1900 block of Pine Way. The deputy learned that Lovett broke the padlock off the door and removed a window air conditioner. During the ensuing investigation, the deputy located Lovett nearby who admitted his culpability.

The deputy placed Lovett under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Lovett in the Detention Center in lieu of $7,500.00 bond.

Charges: Burglary 2nd Degree and Theft less than $1,000.00

Incident: Possession of Heroin

Date of Incident: 5 September 2015

Location: 2300 block of N. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury, MD

Suspect: Mark A. Burns, 40, Harrington,DE                          
                               
Narrative: On 5 September 2015 a deputy was told of a subject who had collapsed in the rest room of Regal Cinemas. Upon responding to investigate, the deputy located a subject later identified as Mark Burns on the floor of the restroom inside one of the stalls.Burns became responsive when the deputy contacted him and during the ensuing conversation he admitted he was injecting heroin while in the restroom.Following this admission, the deputy then located what was identified as heroin in Burns’ possession.

The deputy placed Burns under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Burns in the Detention Center in lieu of $15,000.00 bond.

Charges: Possession of Heroin

Incident: Driving Under the Influence

Date of Incident: 5 September 2015

Location: 1400 block of S. Division Street, Salisbury, MD

Suspect: Patrick Arnold Davis, 47, Salisbury, MD                  
                               
Narrative: On 5 September 2015 at 8:57 PM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Patrick Davis after observing Davis driving erratically and crossing the double yellow line. Upon contacting Davis, the deputy detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. The deputy also had trouble understanding Davis. These observations along with other indicators prompted the deputy to conduct sobriety testing of Davis. Following the conclusion of that testing, Davis was placed under arrest.

During subsequent processing Davis submitted to a breath test that measured .07.

Davis was released upon the issuance of citations.

Charges: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While Impaired by Alcohol

Incident: Shoplifting

Date of Incident: 6 September 2015

Location: 7000 block of Sixty Foot Road, Pittsville, MD

Suspect: Pamela G. Cooper, 32, Parsonsburg, MD                  
                               
Narrative: On 6 September 2015 at 4:37 PM a deputy responded for a reported shop lifting at the Dollar General Store in Pittsville. Upon arrival the deputy learned that the suspect, Pamela Cooper was observed concealing DVD’s in her purse and leaving the store without paying for them. The deputy was also told that Cooper had just left the property in a vehicle.

The deputy located Cooper nearby and discovered her in possession of the purloined DVD’s. The deputy also discovered that Cooper’s driver’s license had been revoked by the State of Maryland.

Cooper was charged on a Criminal Citation with theft and on Traffic Citation for Driving While Revoked and released.

Charges: Theft under $100 and Driving While Revoked

Typical for those apartments in Pittsville.They are low income housing and it shows.

^^^ Just because some people have to live in low income housing doesn't make them horrible people! You don't know their situation! So before you judge someone else you should look at your life! No one is perfect! There is way more crime rate in rich areas of Wicomico County! I know Kellie Moore! She NEVER ASSAULTED anyone! She was attack! Know your facts people!

Everyone is assuming that girl is guilty, what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty in a court of law!? Maybe she did do it maybe she didn't , it doesn't matter if she is from low income housing or if someone thinks she's pretty or not. What the article should say is if she was found guilty or not... Then start the ridicule!
