Recent Sheriff's Office Arrest Activity

Charles Elroy Turpin of Washington DC, arrested 9-4-15 for Driving while Impaired by Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Malicious Destruction of Property, CDS Possession not Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana, Disorderly Conduct and Failure to Obey a Lawful Order. Turpin was held without bond pending his initial appearance. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop conducted by deputies in the area of Williams St, Princess Anne.

Ketsia Manaka Bisselele of Princess Anne, criminal summons served 9-7-15 for Theft less than $1,000. Bisselele was released on signature pending court action.

Elizabeth Ann Thomas of Crisfield, arrested 9-8-15 on a warrant for CDS Possession not Marijuana, CDS Possession with the Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Thomas was held on a $250,000 bond.


Shannon Melinda Baron of Crisfield, arrested 9-8-15 on a warrant for CDS Possession not Marijuana, CDS Possession with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Common Nuisance. Baron was held on a $250,000 bond.

Jesse Mullins of Princess Anne, arrested 9-12-15 on a warrant for 2nd Degree Rape, 2nd Degree Sex Offense, Assault 2nd Degree, False Imprisonment, Attempted 1st Degree Sex Offense, Attempted Perverted Practice and 4th Degree Sexual Contact. Mullins was held on a $150,000 bond.

Dennis Lamont Danield, of Fruitland, arrested 9-13-15 on a warrant for Failing to Appear in court. Daniels was held on a $500.00 bond.

Barry Clark Chew Jr. of Fruitland, arrested 9-13-15 on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Chew was held on a $1,000 bond.

Traee Daran Lee of Grasonville, arrested 9-15-15 on a warrant for 2nd Degree Assault. Lee was held on a $10,000 bond.

Juvenile arrested at Washington High School on 9-16-15 for Possession of Suspected Marijuana, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Deputies were called to the school regarding CDS found on a hallway floor. After watching the school’s video of the area, deputies and school staff were able to locate the source of the CDS. Deputies later recovered multiple small baggies of suspected marijuana concealed in a male student's underwear. The student was arrested and later released to a family member pending juvenile court.

Montro Lyrell Tilghman Jr. of Salisbury, arrested 9-17-15 on a warrant for Failing to Appear in court. Tilghman was held on a $500.00 bond.

What happen to the real drug arrest. This agency hasn't done any Felony drug arrest in years. Smh

Untrue. He works part time full time and over time jobs every day for 10 years. About 90 hrs a week never takes vacation and is always on duty. Just Ask him if you don't believe me. He is also self appointed to be in charge of all time sheets bc of his honesty. No story here move along. :)
