Granville Trimper's grandson, boy is that cop in trouble.
I remember when Jay Jester from the fire department got arrested for DUI and Hoppes went to court for him and then he was able to keep his city job. WTH!! Anyone else would have been fired. Then he was rewarded with a promotion to Captain by Hoppes. What a Hero that is!! NOT in my book!
Amazing that the locals are not smart enough to figure out that the cops have west OC staked out every night.

The rest must have Visas to be in the country. Cuz I'm sure they wouldnt be here otherwise.
The locals should know better than to frequent that area. MSP steady poaches that whole place. Look at the times, duh!!!!!!!!!!

Look back at who represented Jester, and what was his outcome? Come on folks, it's Worcester County, the land of free, proving you have a few dollars to pay the right attorney. What's the big deal?, They pay the attorney, get off, the rest pay higher insurance and a fine. Either way they PAY! It's the system. Hoppes, he loves those that love him, another real surprise?

Hoppes is to stupid to realize those who love him love him so they can get a promotion. Hoppes also forgot that these same clowns didn't support him when he was being screwed over by Jeff Simpson. John Tull and Jay Jester were on the Simpson Team waiting for Hoppes to crash and burn. Poor Hoppes, he turned around and made Tull his chief deputy after than. Now Tull is working behind his back to get him to retire sooner or screw up so he can get the job and Jay Jester gets promoted to chief deputy.
James Jester the same volunteer in Ocean City that hates Ocean City paid firefighters and paramedics. The same paid fireman in Salisbury that hates Salisbury's volunteers.
I would say both organizations are idiots for keeping him on the job.
My son was listening to the police scanner Monday night. There seemed to be a lot of people calling in about drunk drivers on the road. I heard at least 3 in the short time I was listening with him.
Once upon a time you used to be able to tell the drunk driver by them driving all over the road. Now you can't tell if they are drunk or just texting or messing with their phone.
