Yes. Insanity is partially closing up a town's Main Street and adding landscape plantings and seating. If partially closing a town's Main Street was so successful, why didn't Berlin, Easton and other local towns do the same?
I was in Detroit in 1965 and 1969.For reasons I don't understand that area was inundated with muscle cars.And yes I realize they were made there,but I never understood why a disproportionate # remained in Detroit when the objective was to distribute those cars nationally and worldwide.I refuse to return because the decline would be traumatic to a car and industry lover like myself.

Pouring more taxpayer money into downtown Salisbury. I have lived here over 50 years and have not seen any positive results.
