A Viewer Writes:

Chipotle using Roto Rooter with two trucks. Not very appetizing at lunch time. Especially for the outdoor seating.

I wouldn't eat there regardless.

not very smart using roto-rooter in the first place.

I'd never pay $8 for green-meat (thigh meat) chicken anyway. It's La Tolteca or Plaza Tapatia any day for me! Both offer better quality food and better prices!

You made a good point! Chipotle probably had a clogged grease trap is all. Just because you see a truck like this doesn't mean it is a backed up crapper. Sometimes it is just maintenance so things don't get backed up.

The were pouring grease in the sewer system and it clogged all the pipes.

I think it's funny, seeing those trucks sitting there at their front door. I don't like going to that shopping center during the day, very hard to find a place to park because the college kids take up all the parking spaces.

If the pipes are clogged they have to do something or close down the business for the day. Rotor Rooter rates are high enough..I can't imagine what they would be after hours!

College students should be walking over there and not driving around causing more traffic and filling up the parking lot unnecessarily. They could get up off their butts and exercise before eating all that fast food.

Them dang students spending money and supporting the local minimum wage earners. How dare they park there. You people amaze me, little wonder Salisbury and Wico are in the sorry state they are.

You made a good point as well, but I was referring to roto-rooters high rates, unprofessionalism and attitudes of their workers. I used them ONCE. They had to come from Easton and the first guy they sent was just a little weird and another guy that showed up to help him wasn't much better.

That's just my opinion. Others might be pleased with them, but I won't be calling them again.

Any place that cooks meat gets grease in the water, most of which comes from utensils, containers, dishes, pots & pans and cleaning tools that are washed in a utility sink or commercial dishwasher. All of that water passes by the grease trap and the grease is captured. All grease traps need periodic cleaning. If they don't get cleaned, they don't trap grease and it eventually clogs the drain. Sometimes they can be manually cleaned by an unlucky employee (yuck), sometimes they need the suction power of a commercial drain cleaning company.
