If these kids names were published then the embarrassment would help curb their enthusiasm for causing trouble and raising hell. Not publishing names of delinquents is just encouraging them to continue with crime. You, and I both know the parents aren't going to do anything.
Agree that not publishing names and photos of apprentice criminals is a bad joke on innocent citizens. We should change the policy, and our legislators should make a concerted effort to make this happen.
These thugs weren't TPing at Halloween; they were embarked on a sustained crime spree. Car should be impounded also since it was chock full of evidence.
Who lets their kid have the keys knowing they don't have a license? And then junior is released to the parent? Parent should be getting charged, too!
