Turning left in front of a motorcycle should carry an attempted murder charge. This happens all too often.

ignorant statement 8:10

9:30 at night, hard to see, especially if it is a busy area. thats why the are called accidents. I highly doubt he did it on purpose which negates your murder theory

8:10 Weaving in and out of bumper to bumper traffic, passing on the shoulder, riding 2-4 wide, wheelies on major roadways, VERY excessive speed... have the same charges as your suggestion?

I agree some bikers have no respect but these old Harley guys usually ride with pride. Sounds like all accidents to me. That's why they call them accidents

Not wearing a helmet is like skydiving without a parachute! The only ones who really suffer are the taxpayers because our resources (EMS, fire department, police, etc.) are being exhausted due to the stupidity associated with not wearing a helmet. If you don't wear a helmet then you should be deemed to stupid to operate a motorcycle!
