This had to have come from OC city council right? It is as logical as most other things they come up with!
After seeing a swarm of hammerhead sharks in the water off the OC coast last month on WBOC, I think the shark cages are a great idea even if it is a joke.

Those things look like walkers for giants.That is very funny,unless you're from Crisfield.They'll take this hook line and sinker.
These are actually made from PVC pipe and were put together on the Outer Banks of North Carolina (in Kill Devil Hills) to make a joke post card photo. Quite useless and dangerous.
Guess I'll need to be careful in how I cage my comments!

10:03 AM you are right. I saw this on FOX NEWS yesterday. It is flimsy PVC. It was a joke. If this had been real, and if there had been sharks around them, that homemade junk would have lasted maybe one whole minute before being bitten in half.
