It begins with the homeless. Then another group, then another… Until, well just remember Germany. It isn’t pretty!
According to MSN , the Columbia City Council unanimously approved the plan, creating special police patrols that would enforce “quality of life” laws involving loitering, public urination and other crimes not necessarily restricted to the homeless population.
Those officers would then offer the homeless a choice:
Go to jail for their homelessness or be shuffled to a 240-bed, 24-hour shelter on the outskirts of town, which they wouldn’t be allowed to easily leave.According to the Activist Post , the Columbia South Carolina plan is already complete with an urgent Emergency Homeless Response report. And that report includes information about hauling the homeless away in transport vans to an already stationed shelter with workers, phone number for townspeople to report “the person in need,” an officer stationed to control foot traffic, public feeding moved there, more foot patrol officers for the city to keep out the homeless – oh, and the homeless can’t walk off the premises!
If they want to leave, they must get permission, set up an appointment and be shuttled by a transport van. A patrolman will guard the road leading in to make sure homeless don’t wander off downtown.

This is what is needed though here on the Shore. The bums distract from the beauty of the abandon businesses, buildings, homes, junk cars, litter in the river, trash along the roads, mountains of cigarette butts at each traffic light. Ah yes, beautiful Delmarva!

There are a lot of people around here that are one emergency away from being homeless. All it takes is an accident, loss of job cuz employer moved business or medical issue. You could be next.
If some event happened that left me no recourse to homelessness I sure wouldn't stick around here!
And you are a model citizen, right? Do you know the situation of any of these homeless people? Have you bothered to ask? What have you done to right all these things you deem imperfections? What you should do is STFU and get a life. I pray God has mercy on you and your family and you are never in a dire situation of need.

No intelligence? Find a mirror. Allow me to break this down for you. The homeless won't be missed. Most are without family or contact with people other than other homelss people. Now.... They are the lab rats.
The rioters would be missed. Every damn momma was looking and waiting for their kid to come home. Either alive or with free stuff. If they didn't I bet they has $$$ in their eyes thinking of the law suit or hoping their alive. Not to mention no ghetto kid can disappear. Everyone knows where their boys are at. Jail ,dead, or running. If these guys didn't know then I can guarantee to the block boss is gonna find out what happened to lil juju by sending a buddy to momma.
And finally, on case you aren't smart enough to figure this out...... Baltimore, Ferguson etc.... They are already concentration camps that are about maxed out. It's all these cities are.

This was being predicted 5 years ago and people thought it was a Right Wing conspiracy. Also this starts the Government forcing people into communes and confined areas of living. This is the beginning of people having the chip put under their skin with all their personal information on it. They will say it is for medical records since they have to use Emergency Rooms and would assist in quicker treatment plus you don't have to consent since they will only scan your chip.
