Man shot multiple times by Baltimore police

DEVELOPING: Baltimore police shot a man Monday in the same area where massive riots broke out last week over the death of Freddie Gray.

It's unclear what prompted the shooting. A Fox News crew witnessed a young black male running from police before he was shot.

It's not known whether the unidentified man was armed. A gun was reportedly found nearby on a sidewalk.

A crowd quickly formed around the man, who was seen on a stretcher as he was being loaded into an ambulance. His condition is unknown.

The Baltimore Police tweeted the man was shot "multiple times."

Oh well, act like a thug and you're gonna get shot. End of story.

I am so glad that Fox reported this as a police shooting and then it turned out to not be true.
Shortly after Mike Toban "broke" the story Leland Vitter went out and interviewed an "eye witness."
He has her (a young African American female) right on tape saying she saw the "Caucasian police" "shoot the boy right in the back."
As it turned out this was not true and he wasn't shot at all.
Shades of "hands up don't shoot" and the Ferguson guy being shot in the back.
Amazing is all I can say about how these people can lie.

Mike Lewis is on the way to investigate. He has requested the Fire boat be dispatched to patrol the inner harbor.
