So you are saying you shot a man several times because why? the cops were arresting someone and the gun fell and went off???
Of course!
The police were illegally chasing him and his "automatic" handgun discharged. Automatic meaning that it automatically discharges upon dropping it on the ground while running from the police. Certainly, he was just on his way to his afternoon classes at Johns Hopkins University.
