WHO WENT TO JAIL And How It SHOULD Be Done

We've had conversations about this, Joe. Too much emphasis is put in local news reports about people who are charged with one crime or another, but scarcely do we ever see the outcome of these cases unless they're high profile and "newsworthy", which these days in the media means "can we make a buck on it."
This report isn't the outcome of any cases. Intake report is just a log of who was brought in the detention center after being arrested or picked up on a warrant. None have gone to court yet and most will be released within a day or after a bail review hearing. County detention centers are mostly a holding facility for those waiting trial with no bail or can't make bail and those sentenced to a year or less of incarceration.

what the hell does any of this mean? A bunch of people going to jail. Are you saying nobody goes to jail here? What? huh? Speak English.
