This puts a new twist on things. Victim entered the water on his own accord and whoever was chasing him even tried to help him. Doesn't sound like a murder anymore.
Anonymous Anonymous said... No criminal charges to be filed because no murder occurred. A stupid thing this kid did all for drugs and now his family is paying the price.

The police and mayor are not calling it a murder now because the crime rate will go up and make the city look bad.
Shame on you Matt Macierello for playing along with that Homo mayor. This may be your last gig as States Attorney Matt.
Matt needs to go. The only things he cares about is a political career, rubbing up to Duncan/Ireton and making himself look like the savior of Wicomico County. Joke of an attorney and states attorney.
