Joe I am looking out my window watching a Neighborhood Services & Code Compliance truck drive by. This seems like a daily ritual for them to drive by all the time. This to me proves they don't have anything to do. I know for a fact that most of their so called violations are for grass in the sidewalk. They have to much time on their hands and that division might be better off under the police department. Use that personnel as police officers.
