If you lived in Salisbury, you'd be owning about five city blocks. How much do you think it would cost?

That is a long driveway to tax you for impervious surface. Does this mean that the owners of the old mall property will be paying a lot more because under that tall grass and weeds there is still an old parking lot? I thought that pile of rubble there was supposed to be repurposed? Why hasn't it? Is that rubble pile contaminated and toxic?

It doesn't matter how long your driveway is. It's still $20 per year for a residential property.
