This seems to apply to "offshore" wind turbines, so may not cover those Pioneer Green wants to build in Somerset County!
This bill needs to include onshore in order to halt the Great Bay/Pioneer Green project that poses an unacceptable risk to our National Defense.

Otto is supporting the Great Bay Wind project because his farmer buddies have lease contracts.
James Mathias supports wind turbines too, because he cares more about his political ambitions than the people of Somerset County.
Can you say - How much was the pay off for the politicians??
James Mathias is even throwing his precious Ocean City under the bus by allowing offshore wind in view of the beach.
Don't let Otto fool you. He only represents the farmer. His nephew is married to the biggest wind leasers granddaughter. Everybody's electric rates will increase while the in laws get their pockets filled.
