Just once I'd like to see SPD do a press release on something other than shoplifting. They didn't even do the work. Called after the crimes been committed. Good job loss prevention people. The real cops of Salisbury.
2:12 Go to SPD website. There is a calendar where you can view the call log, which list far more than shop lifting.
By the way, you will note on the call log the SPD receive calls AFTER crime has been committed. This is a nation wide policy for police, so don't be a trashing our Sea of Blue.

And of course they're called after. No cop would ever show for a crime that hasn't been committed.
The point is Salisbury has a crime problem and we need to see more from SPD then shoplifting press releases. Wanna show your doing something then show it. Cause I can't see any progress.
4:49 that is the point 2:12 was trying to make, there are far more crimes than shoplifting being committed yet the only press releases are for shoplifting, where the suspect was caught and apprehended by civilians, not police. I think you are lost at sea...of blue.

Idiots lol you guys posting are mouth breathers. The cops do a pretty good job around here. Wal Mart should pursue charges on these petty crimes and let the cops be cops. Wal Mart is big tax money. Waste of time for cops to dp shop lifting complaints
I think the point is way less controversial and complex than the nay-sayers would like it to be...posting the pics is to put a face and name next to a commonly ignored "petty" crime. With the rise of heroin use/abuse/arrests (and drugs in general in the area), it is important that the public understand that many of these offenders are stealing to feed a habit. Do not mistake my comment as an excuse, just offering an alternative viewpoint.
