Somerset County Sheriff's Office Press Release 12-22-14

Daniel Matthew Lake of Salisbury, arrested 12-10-14 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Lake was later released after posting bond.

James Lee Cotton of Westover, arrested 12-3-14 for 4th degree burglary, malicious destruction of property, and theft over $1,000. The arrest was the result of a investigation where Cotton allegedly broke into a home on Fountaine Rd, Westover, and removed aluminum siding, and later sold the material for scrap. Cotton was later released on personal recognizance.

Joseph Janell Bradley of Salisbury, arrested 12-13-14 on a warrants for failing to appear in court. Bradley was held on a $2,000 bond.

Patrick William Waggoner and Amanda Joyce Kulp of Princess Anne, criminal summons served for theft under $1,000. Both subjects were released on signature pending court actions.

Brandon Lashaun Fountaine of Salisbury, arrested 12-15-14 on warrants regarding failing to appear in court. Fountaine was later held on a $30,000 bond.

Travon Marquise Toomer of Princess Anne, arrested 12-16-14 on warrant for failing to appear in court. Toomer was held on a $20,000 bond.

William Clyde Conley of Queen Anne’s County arrested 12-19-14 for escape, motor vehicle theft, and theft scheme. Conley was later held without bond. The arrest was the result of an investigation where Conley stole a county pickup truck while working at the land fill on work release, and fled to Centerville where he was later apprehended by the Maryland State Police Apprehension Team.

Rodney William Burke of Crisfield, arrested 12-17-14 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Burke was held on a $10,000 bond.
