Prayers to Mr Cane. Hate to hear this happen to anyone regardless of their politics. If at all possible as soon as stabilized get him into Chesapeake rehab over by the MVA.

I never agreed with his politics but I do respect and admire him. Our thoughts and prayers are with him.
The quicker a stroke victim can get into rehab the better for them. Chesapeake I think is the best in the state of MD.
A lot of times strokes come about because of a diet enriched in PORK. I feel sorry for Delegate Cane - and I sure hope someone is keeping a close watch on the other Delegate Norman Conway - because he was full of PORK.
