Ordinance 2306 is the rain tax.
The capacity fee waiver seems like corporate welfare to me.120,000 in waived fees, across 84 units and 30 years of contracted "affordability" is roughly $4 per month amortized against these units.Even $10 isn't going to make or break "affordable." That money is going straight into the developer's pockets, I'm sure.
Joe I hope you put this post or create a post about the storm fee. The fools that voted for these liberal idiots are getting what the voted for higher taxes.
