Ordinance 2306 is the rain tax.
The capacity fee waiver seems like corporate welfare to me.
120,000 in waived fees, across 84 units and 30 years of contracted "affordability" is roughly $4 per month amortized against these units.
Even $10 isn't going to make or break "affordable." That money is going straight into the developer's pockets, I'm sure.
Joe I hope you put this post or create a post about the storm fee. The fools that voted for these liberal idiots are getting what the voted for higher taxes.
