Really so still no declaration of war or a united front with nato or europe...we gonna do this alone again?
it's called mission creep.
We are not doing it alone and he does not need a declaration of war.

no boots on the ground? What's this, then? Now the count is up to 3000 at least & they're "not fighting". So how are they supposed to defend themselves?
