Hate to say it but Toilet Tissue is too good for this guy's face to be on it.
The reviews on Amazon.com mostly say that this is a ripoff product, only having a very few sheets of paper printed with his likeness.
That said, it sounds like one of his programs - pay a fortune for something that someone makes you think you're getting but won't.
