I hope the Virginia voters are actually prevented from voting.....they need an ID to cash their welfare checks and then to buy booze/ciggies!

More importantly, they're uninformed voters that probably vote to continue getting their portion of the government dole!

So, 25% (!!) of all police stops in Newark are UNJUSTIFIED. A figure straight from the government itself.
Out of those 25%, how many were for 'driving while black'?
And illegally ("unjustifiably" sounds better, right?) stopping a citizen on bogus, made up, or invented reasons is akin to kidnapping. At gunpoint.
And whom does one have to complain to? Right --- the chief of police, who ALWAYS believes his boys acted properly.
One out of every four!
Keep cheering.
