Bears That Care

Following the success of the 2013 Maryland State Police Easton Barrack and Trappe Police Department “Bears That Care” Toy Drive we are proud to announce the 2014 “Bears That Care” Toy Drive. In 2013 the toy drive helped over 200 families and 560 children to have a better holiday. In addition to serving local families the toy drive also donated toys to the Easton Memorial Pediatric ward and to local churches. We look forward to continuing the tradition of helping the community we serve. The toy drive has continued to grow over the past 16 years with the help of the community and local law enforcement agencies. We want to extend a special thanks to all that helped with the Toy Drive making it a memorable year.

The NEXT application day will be October 21, 2014 4pm to 8pm at the Easton Barrack.

The 2014 toy drive has begun as we are accepting donations. Our deadline for toys being donated will be December 19, 2014. Police will collect toys (new and unwrapped), jackets and gloves for local children whose families are in need this Christmas. Donations are also accepted 24 hours a day at the Easton Barrack, 7053 Ocean Gateway.
