WHAT: Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that Norfolk Southern Railroad will be replacing their crossings.
Detour eastbound: Dukes Road onto Hastings Drive to West Street onto Market Street to South Central Avenue and return to Dukes Road.
Detour westbound: Dukes Road onto South Central Avenue to Market Street onto West Street to Hastings Drive and back to Dukes Road.
