Barack Obama tonight urged Scottish voters not to break apart ‘one of the closest allies we’ll ever have’ by voting for independence on Thursday.
The dramatic intervention, just three days before Scotland goes to the polls, will infuriate Alex Salmond - with the battle for independence set to be decided by the smallest of margins.
Up to half a million voters remain undecided - with concerns over the future of Scotland’s place in major international organisations like the EU, Nato and the UN still hotly debated.

Another reason for them to vote YES....everything he touches turns to $4!t.....
They are all worried that Scotland's secession from Britain will start a chain reaction, with Ireland, and Wales. Also might get secession movements with certain states motivated into action or the split up of certain states and territories like Delmarva, or California and Texas. Texas joined the union voluntarily and may decide to leave.
10:25 - DelMarVa would be a good re-grouping - like minded folks - fed up with un-like minded politicians!
Delmarva, capital to be in Delmar !!
Freeeeeeeeeeeeerdom.
but he will arm and support terrorists in the middle east for their "independence"? think about that for a bit...
anon 1025... spot on!!!
Best if Texas joined up with Mexico and takes its politicians with it.
I think the Scottish separation idea is emotionally appealing but not so good from a practical standpoint. My maternal grandparents were born in Ireland before the creation of the Republic. Neither was a fan of the British. My grandfather was all for independence (he even was involved with the IRA briefly), while my grandmother predicted that the split would be a disaster economically. She was right.
Look under my kilt England.
Yea like anyone will take what this A-- has to say to heart. Not while they are laughing their A-- off at us.map
Texico!
Splitting up of the USA would be exactly what we need to do! Let that be the big ass muslim idiots legacy in the history books.
